You've heard of those happy go-lucky, rollicking Irish Setters? The ones who love life and think everyone is there to see them? Meet Aidan. Aidan is a lovely example of the breed in temperament, style, and in movement. Aidan finished his Canadian Championship as a puppy, mostly Owner Handled. Along the way he picked up two Best Puppy In Groups, one being at the prestigious Alberta Kennel Club shows, handled by Shannon Scheer. One of his finest Canadian wins was Best Of Opposite at the ISCC National Specialty at the Sporting Dog Shows in BC under Breeder Judge Peter Bauer.

As we rolled along to complete his US Championship, Aidan won a Specialty 4 pt Major at the New England Irish Setter Club under esteemed Sporting Group judge Mary Ann Alston. From there his second major came at the Portland, OR Shows under Judy Webb. His third major to finish was at the Montana circuit as Best of Winners. He was piloted to these wins by Michelle DeChambeau of Beaubrier Irish, Jennifer Holmberg of MiJean's Irish, and Handler Milton Lopes, respectively.

Aidan biggest win from a breed standpoint was placing Second in the Open class at the American ISCA National with Jennifer Holmberg in 2012. To say we were happy is an understatement!

He is a multi group placer under various judges. As well, he has done very well in the Juniors Ring with friend Byron Fulkerth, winning Best Overall at the 2010 Alberta Junior Handling Provincials.

Aidan has passed over to the Bridge on June 15, 2018. Our days are sad but our memories and having this wonderful, kind soul in our lives is a true Blessing.
